Finance: Anti-Money Laundering Specialist
How I became a Whistleblower:

I publicly disclosed wholesale multi-million dollar drug money laundering by my former employer Wachovia Bank, now part of the Wells Fargo Banking Group.

What happened next:

Isolating and stressful; I was subject of a typical corporate attack designed to discredit a whistleblower. It was friends and family who steered me through it.

What I do now:

I am the head of anti-money laundering for another company, there is life after whistleblowing. My advice to others is to stay determined, do not allow your actions to be an anchor that brings you down, treat it as a positive and move forwards.
